Executive Diploma in Business Coaching Advanced Diploma of Business Management Certificate of Professional Mediation Skills Elaine has worked as a Senior Business Consultant and Business Coach with a diverse array of business owners and leaders in a wide range of industries.  She has developed extensive knowledge and skills in identify the right solutions to address the development needs of each area within businesses as well as being actively involved in the implementation and development processes.  Prior to establishing her consulting business she worked as a manager in the SME sector with a focus on human resources and a broad range of key administrative functions, each with a strategic focus.

During these years Elaine has been involved in strategic planning and goal setting and worked operationally in many aspects of the businesses including the innovation and development of a new business unit.  She has worked in semi-government as well as private business.  As a consultant she has worked in business that include retail, manufacturing, distribution, various trade based services, information technology, food, commercial growing, engineering, entertainment, real estate, commercial flooring, pre-press, professional services, landscaping and many others.  All her clients have achieved their objectives and resultant success.

Of particular interest to her is the process of succession planning.  This not only involves the technical aspects of business but the individual relationships of the people involved in the process.
